Carol Sue Block Diamond, age 58, formerly of St. Louis Park, Died May 19 in Woodland Hills, Calif.  Preceded in death by father, Saul Block; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Block, and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Soltan; aunt and uncle, Addie Goodman, Archie Block; niece, Julie Block; and former husband, Stanley Diamond.  Survived by son, Alan Diamond, Bakersfield, Calif; mother, Nancy Block, Columbus, Ohio; brother, Dr. Arnold Block, Columbia, Md, Dr. Dale Block, Pittsburgh, Pa, Paul Block, Chatsworth, Calif.; sisters, Harriet Gold, Columbus, Ohio, and Judie Block, Anchorage Alaska; aunt and uncles, Rita and Harvey Soltan, Golden Valley, and Ernie goodman, LaVerne, Calif.; and many special nieces, nephews and cousins. Suzie worked for devoted friends Penny and Lowell Dreyfus of Los Angeles for 25 years.   Her sense of humor was legendary, as was her devotion to family and friends.  She was a member of Shomrei Torah Synagogue, 7353 Valley Circle Blvd., West Hills, CA  1304-6706.  Memorials preferred to a camp scholarship fund that has been esablished in her name at the synagogue.
