Jeffrey Alan Levy. Jeff was born August 27, 1943, in Minneapolis, Minnesota and died in Minnetonka, Minnesota on October 2, 2024 at age 81. Preceded in death by his parents, Philip J. Levy and Renee E. Ribnick Levy. Survived by Ernst Martin Jehn his devoted life partner, and by his loving brother and sister-in-law, James G. Levy and Jacquelyn A. Levy of Mesquite, Nevada, and by Jo, his dear friend from childhood to the very end, who was always there for him and listened so well. All extend sincere gratitude to caregivers Becky, Wendy, and Enid. Jeff was a well-respected estate, real estate, and business law attorney. A 1961 graduate of St Louis Park High School, in 1965 he earned a Master of Arts degree in teaching from the University of Minnesota. Jeff received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1969 and practiced law in Minneapolis until 2018. What started off as a long-distance relationship when Marty was in Chicago and Jeff was in Minnesota became a 46-year love story, including over two years together in San Francisco and decades of wonderful travels throughout the world.
