Hagen, John Willis was born on February 25th, 1943 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and died at the age of 70 on July 5th, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Preceded in death by his parents Willis and Ordella Hagen and by his beloved step-son Zachary Weiner. Survived by his partner Vickie Weiner; his daughters Kelly Swan, Danielle Hagen, and Molly Hagen; his grandsons Nic and Harrison; his brother Peter Hagen and his niece Alex. Whether it was taking the Harley down the coast, riding his horses, or enjoying the sunshine with family, John made connections wherever he went. He loved people, and people loved him back. We will miss: John's entertaining stories, his warm smile, "two cheese, coke and a fry," singing along (badly) to songs in the car, his "simple but different" style, his incredible charisma, and the way he made us laugh. Just like you always said: "Love you and miss you."
Memorial service will be held Friday, July 12th from 2-3 pm at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, Minneapolis 612-822-2171. Visitation 30 minutes prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
