Kay Ellen Rapp Howard, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2018.
Born February 7, 1943 in Minneapolis Minnesota, graduated St Louis Park high, she moved to Long Beach in 1964 where she was soon known for her unique personality and ability to bring people together. Kay held sidewalk tea parties, banged out ragtime on the piano and was famous for her hilarious homemade Christmas cards. In lieu of a funeral Kay has donated her body to the Keck School of Anatomy.
