Comment: Paula and I are contiinuing to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary after vacation trips to Myrtle Beach and Maui this past winter. My very caring wife has survived 2 very trying bouts of breast cancer in the '90's (including radiation, chemo and surgery) while workig full-ltime. She currently volunteers many hours for several local arts, education, and church organizations. I have volunteered 15 years for Meals on Wheels and many hours at our church and our neighborhood association over the last 4-5 years.

We have been blessed with 2 amazing daughters now living in Dayton, OH and Seattle, WA. First daughter graduated from West Point, married a classmate, served her 5 military years and has since moved 11 times with her advanced military husband and their 4 children, ages 2-11. Second daughter graduated from U. of Michigan and Michigan State U. to gain employment, going on 8 years with Microsoft, married, moved 3 times, and has one 10 mo. old child, so far. We do get to visit our daughters and their families quite often despite their distances. We did more international travel when our daughter, son-in-law and family were stationed in Germany for 5 years.

Though now both retired, Paula and I have greatly appreciated living and working in various public school pro-education environments for over 40 years.

I look forward to reconnecting & renewing with my St. Louis Park past.

I married 6 months after graduating (big mistake) 15 years and three wonderful kids later I moved back to Minnesota from

South Dakota.  Worked for Cargill for 10 years as Credit Manager and then went into sales at another company.  Married for a second time and that didn't work out.  But third time is a charm with my Joe. Joe is a computer engineer.  We have been married 15 years.  My claim to fame is through my daugher Stacy.  I am a typical stage Mom.  She is co-host of the number one radio station in Wausau Wi and I get to meet and talk to famous people.  My favorites are Dr. Phil and Josh Groben.  I put her through Hamline and she ends up in radio. Go figure.  My two boys, Scott and Steve live in South Dakota.

I just want to tell the people putting on this reunion that you have done a top notch job.
What are your favorite activities?: golf, travel, cruising, gardening, crafts, photography
What countries have you visited and/or would you like to visit?: Japan, Paris, South America,Costa Rica, Hawaii

Occupation: mostly retired
Comment: 43 years married and the best is yet to come! The trick will be for both of us to really retire at the same time. My career involved the "phone company"...North Western Bell, Illinois Bell, Ameritech and AT&T mainly as an intructor. Tony was a tech rep & held several management positions with Xerox.  We have each "flunked" retirement more than once, getting a bit farther away from the corporate rat race each time. Working on the "bucket list" full time ... sounds good!
